THE LEXINGTON

Developed by Moda Living, taking inspiration from Liverpool’s rich maritime history and close links to New York City, The Lexington will become an icon of the Liverpool skyline. The Lexington will be a 34-storey residential building, with 304 apartments focused on the private rented sector, providing high quality living facilities and amenities to residents.

Cadgrange Joinery have recently been engaged by main contractor BCEGI to supply and install over 2000Nr doorsets (internal apartment, front entrance and communal) including all associated ironmongery. The package also includes architraves, window boards and skirting supply and fix. The project is due to complete early 2021.
